Adoption Process
Application
The first step in adopting a puppy is to fill out the application.
Price
All of our puppies are sold with a limited American Kennel Club Registration, the puppies are sold for $2,800.00
Breeding Rights are available on some dogs, however we will have to talk that out and discuss a price, (additional cost).
Deposit
After Smith Farms & Kennels reviews your application and you are approved to adopt, we will contact you, and prompt you to make a $400 non- refundable deposit, once this deposit is received, you will be added to the waiting list. Many breeders do a no obligation waitlist, however, when we ask for a deposit this allows us to weed out all of those who are not serious, which in turn keeps the waitlist fairly short.
When making a deposit, you are reserving your spot in line to get a puppy. It is not specific to one litter, but just a first come first serve list of everyone who has made a deposit to get a puppy.
The deposit can be made via check, PayPal , or Venmo. After a deposit is made, we will send you a contract showing that we have received a payment from you.
Waiting List
Once a litter arrives, each person on the list will be given the opportunity to hold a puppy from the litter in the order they are on the waiting list. For example: If you are number 8 in line on the list and I have a litter of 7 puppies, then you will be first pick of the next litter. If you are number 5 on the list and I have a litter of 7 puppies, then I will contact you once the pups arrive. You will then have the opportunity to purchase the puppy or pass and wait for the next litter.
Smith Farms & Kennels reserves the right to keep the pick of the litter from any litter.
Pickup
Puppy pickup will be at 8 weeks and the balance will be due at pickup in cash.

Shipping Is Available To All 50 states.
